The aim of the project is to design and demonstrate appropriate procedures for the use of Earth observation (UAV, satellites, orthophotos) to support the supervisory activities of the guarantor (Czech Environmental Inspectorate) in connection with the needs of environmental protection (waste management, forest, nature, water protection). The possibilities of using EO technologies for defined user scenarios of surveillance activities will be analysed. The demonstration phase will focus on the integration of the EO methods as supporting components within the selected scenarios. An architecture for proactive and retrospective analysis of illegal activities monitoring using scaled EO resources will be proposed. Cílem projektu je návrh a demonstrace vhodných postupů využití DPZ (UAV, satelitní data, ortofota) na podporu dozorové činnosti odborného garanta (České inspekce životního prostředí) v souvislosti s potřebami ochrany životního prostředí (odpadové hospodářství, ochrana lesa, přírody, vod). Nejprve budou analyzovány možnosti využití technologií DPZ pro definované uživatelské scénáře dozorové činnosti. Demonstrační fáze se zaměří na integraci metod coby podpůrných komponent v rámci vybraných scénářů. Bude navržena architektura proaktivního monitoringu zájmových lokalit s využitím škálovaných prostředků DPZ, řešení retrospektivní analýzy nezákonných aktivit primárně s využitím družicového DPZ. Ad hoc UAV/proaktivní řešení bude cílit na scénáře vyžadující velmi vysoké prostorové rozlišení.
